She graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University, where she majored in American Studies and minored in journalism. She went on to work as an editor for Ladies' Home Journal, Brides Local Magazines/Brides.com, Parenting, Babytalk, The Knot, and WhatToExpect.com. She's written for Huffington Post, Family Circle (where she was an American Society of Magazine Editors intern), Glamour, Redbook, Seventeen, All You, Time Out New York, Manhattan Magazine, BusinessWeek.com, and MensFitness.com, among others. Her writing has also appeared on MSN.com and Shine, Yahoo's women's site, and in a syndicated column for Scripps Howard newspapers across the country. See examples of her work.
